Adoption Application
All of our dogs are fostered in Houston and adopted out only once they are fully vetted - this includes wellness exams, vaccines, and spay/neuter. We will not adopt out any dog without having had all of these medical exams/procedures done.
The average cost we put into each dog is $3,000, including medical, food, supplies and transport. Our adoption fees range from $550-$750.

Adoption Process

If our team thinks you might be a good fit for our pup, our Adoption team will get in contact with you via email to set up a 30 min Zoom call. Please make sure to check spam! Our emails are sent from adopt@pippyspals.com.
After the Zoom meeting, our team will discuss how the call went and if we think it is appropriate to move the applicant to the next step. If we all agree, our Adoption team will call your vet, if you currently have a pet, as a reference check. We will also contact your two personal references.
The final step is a FaceTime with the foster and the pup - this way, you can see the pup in action and ask more detailed questions regarding the dog’s temperament and what the dog will need to thrive in your home.
If our team unanimously agrees that you are the perfect fit for the pup that you applied for, our team will send an Adoption Contract. This must be signed within 24 hours or it will be voided. The Adoption Fee must also be paid within this same time frame.
Once the Adoption Contract is signed and the Adoption Fee is paid, our team will coordinate with you on a transport schedule!
